APPOINTMENT POLICIES:

Fan Veterinary Clinic serves on an appointment-only basis. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact your local emergency veterinary clinic. To schedule an appointment, please call 804-358-3779 and we will gladly assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a $40 late cancellation/no show fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can so we can help other pets stay healthy. Call us at 804-358-3779 and we will gladly assist you.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. For new patients, you may need to fill out a few forms, so plan on arriving 15-20 minutes early so that we can get you setup and seeing our veterinarians as quickly as possible.

OVERNIGHT:

Fan Veterinary Clinic is not a boarding facility. Please be advised that we do not board your pets overnight, so be prepared to pickup your pet before the close of business.
